Don Goewey, Founder & Managing Partner of ProAttitude will join us for this Regional Alliance meeting.  Don has had a long career in human potential and collaborated with the two great pioneers in the field, Carl Rogers, Ph.D., the father of humanistic psychology, and Gerald Jampolsky, M.D., who founded a school of psychology based on attitude. Prior to founding ProAttitude, Don spent six years in a think tank environment connecting the breakthroughs in neuroscience with the proven approaches in other fields that would facilitate a process of neuroplastic change in the workplace.

Stanford Professor Baba Shiv will join us for this Regional Alliance meeting.  Baba's research expertise is in the area of neuroeconomics, with specific emphasis on the role of neural structures related to emotion and motivation in shaping decisions and experiences. His recent work examines the interplay of the brain’s "liking" and "wanting" systems and its implications for marketing, innovation, leadership and decision making.

Godfrey Sullivan, Chairman & CEO of Splunk, will join us for this Top Team Regional Alliance meeting.  One of the hottest tech IPOs in 2012, Splunk was founded in 2004 to build a “Google for machine data” - essentially a search engine for all the data that servers, network switches and any device such as smartphones spits out when those devices are in use.  Godfrey has a most impressive career in Silicon Valley beginning with 11 years with Apple working in sales, marketing and operations under Bill Campbell. In 1992, he joined Autodesk and then was CEO of a startup prior to joining Hyperion which was acquired by Oracle in 2007.  Godfrey is also on the board of Citrix and Informatica.

He has recently released a book, Rebooting Work: Transform How You Work in the Age of Entrepreneurship, in which he talks about the tools needed to build a successful career in the modern age, and how it’s different now than it’s ever been before.
