Lenny Mendonca, a director in the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company will join us for this Regional Alliance meeting.  Lenny leads the firm's knowledge development and is on the Shareholders' Council of McKinsey.  He oversees the McKinsey Global Institute and the firm's communications (including McKinsey Quarterly). He has helped dozens of corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients solve their most difficult management challenges.  Lenny is the chairman emeritus of the Bay Area Council and is chairman of the Economic Institute of the Bay Area. 

Following Lenny's keynote, members will begin their private Alliance Group meetings. We will also host a CEO Luncheon after the meeting, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, to enable our members to meet CEOs from throughout the Alliance.
