Upcoming Alliance Roundtables
The core of the Alliance will always be our private, invitation-only Alliance groups which meet regularly throughout Northern California. In addition to our private groups, the Alliance created a series of Alliance Roundtables to enable Alliance members to meet other Alliance members who share something in common – such as their industry, their executive roles, phase of business (high-growth, transitions, etc.) or a topic of interest. You can check out our upcoming Alliance Roundtables below. If you would like to be invited, contact us.

Technology is revolutionizing our world - again. Granted the last 30 years have been amazing, but we believe that we will be experiencing an unprecedented pace of change. But don’t take our word for it. We're bringing together Alliance CEOs who are at the forefront of many of the hottest technology trends for a closed-door panel followed by our private roundtable discussions. Our panel is just part of the expertise in the room - many of our Alliance Members are leaders in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies as well. Our panelists include:
- Rachel Haurwitz - CEO of Caribou Biosciences. Utilizing the groundbreaking gene-editing tool CRISPR, Caribou is a leader in pursuing commercial applications, making possible solutions to fix human genetic problems, as well as to resist viruses and improve our food.
- Jane Macfarlane - Executive Director of Sustainable Transportation at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs. Mapping technologies + the Internet of Things (zillions of data points) + Artificial Intelligence advances have us at the edge of another major leap forward. New techniques for data pattern recognition, for Machine Learning and for geo-spatial movement will provide many opportunities for businesses to profit.
- Arwed Niestroj - CEO of Mercedes-Benz R&D, North America. Advances in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have major implications for transportation and beyond. Having recently come from Germany, Arwed will share comparisons between Silicon Valley and technology innovation in Europe.
