Biography

Michael Kaufman is internationally recognized as a facilitator, consultant, and experiential educator, focusing on strategy formation, complex problem solving, innovative product and service design, and organizational transformation.  His approach to facilitation combines over twenty years of experience including the best of Accelerated Learning, the Design Process, brain-based learning and a rich background in the practice of innovation and collective creativity.

Michael's clients have included a broad range of organizations: international firms, Fortune 500 companies, emerging growth firms, start-ups, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, schools and school districts.

Michael Kaufman has been an entrepreneur since age 17 and has had the good fortune to know and learn from some remarkable mentors including Marshall Thurber, R. Buckminster Fuller, Dr. W. Edwards Deming, and Matt and Gail Taylor.
