Coupa Raises $22M

Coupa Software has raised $22 million in a Series E round of financing led by Crosslink Capital, a new investor in the company.
Also joining in the round were existing investors Battery Ventures, BlueRun Ventures, El Dorado Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures.
As part of the deal, Crosslink Capital General Partner Jim Feuille will join Coupa's board of directors as a board observer.
San Mateo-based Coupa's cloud-based software helps companies manage spending and procurement.
The company, which was founded in 2006, has raised a total of $49 million.
