Tregaron Completes Investment in Endurance

Tregaron Capital is pleased to announce that, with co-investors Accel-KKR and Management, it has completed the acquisition of Endurance International Group, headquartered in Burlington, MA.

Endurance is one of the nation's leading providers of shared web hosting to small and medium-sized businesses, and is the premier acquirer of shared hosting companies, having completed 29 transactions over the last 5 years. Tregaron will work closely with the company as it continues its roll-up of the web hosting sector.
