Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants on Fortune's List of 100 Best Companies to Work For

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, led by Alliance member Michael Depatie, was included on Fortune’s list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For.  Operator of luxury boutique hotels navigated a tough travel climate by motivating employees with new training and reward programs.  Kimpton is minimizing layoffs by reducing hourly worker schedules.
