The Alliance of CEOs has definitely created a much closer bridge for leaders between two hemispheres. It's a fantastic organization!

The Alliance of CEOs has been critical to the success of my career and my development as a leader and CEO. It's one of the most transformational things I have ever done. I'm not generally a "joiner," but my relationships with my fellow CEOs is strong and deep and I've relied heavily on my group to provide me with honest counsel and deep insights into the problems I've faced. The folks in my group are among the most intelligent, talented and successful people that I have ever met. I'm proud to be a member of the Alliance.

By thinking through the problems of others, it helps to work out your CEO muscle in ways that you don't get to every day. That really translates into solving your own problems.

Other CEOs have dealt with the issues I face and help identify strategies that have worked for them.

It's sort of like a sanity check each month.

You find yourself often thinking from a slightly different perspective than you would if you were sitting in your office.

Sometimes a single conversation can put your business on a better path. This is why I love the Alliance.

The fresh approach suggested by my Alliance Group was extremely effective in my latest board meeting.

The Alliance is a group of CEOs, like myself, facing similar challenges, in an array of different businesses. And, that is an invaluable source of input, and perspective, completely unbiased, completely confidential and extremely valuable. So it makes the Alliance worth every minute that I invest my time in.

As you work day to day, you get bogged down in how you do things, without thinking, 'is that the right way to do things or is that the only way to do things?' The Alliance gives you other options, other perspectives.

My Alliance colleagues are always there for me – month after month after month. They are a consistent and unwavering source of renewal and strength, and a reminder that us lone wolves are never alone.

The Alliance of CEOs is a group of very capable, interesting people who are dedicated to building businesses of one sort or another, and sharing their experiences with one another - their problems, their pain points and their successes with others like them.

CEOs need to try out the Alliance because it's "experiential." The value only comes from trying it and experiencing it.
