Biography
Cathy Chiu is a growth strategy consultant to support companies with their scaling challenges. Cathy has helped CEOs and executive teams clarify strategic choices, evaluate growth opportunities, identify executional roadblocks and navigate financing, M&A, and exit-related decisions.
Informed by a career in technology, investment banking and venture capital, Cathy has actively invested in early-stage companies through her angel investing activities and supported strategic dialog in execution challenges among CEOs and CXOs. Her experience spans companies from early stage through to post-public.
In addition to her consulting and Alliance work, Cathy also serves on the Board of the Berkeley Angel Network. She earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
