Don Goewey, Founder & Managing Partner of ProAttitude joined us for this Regional Alliance meeting. Don has had a long career in human potential and collaborated with the two great pioneers in the field, Carl Rogers, Ph.D., the father of humanistic psychology, and Gerald Jampolsky, M.D., who founded a school of psychology based on attitude. Prior to founding ProAttitude, Don spent six years in a think tank environment connecting the breakthroughs in neuroscience with the proven approaches in other fields that would facilitate a process of neuroplastic change in the workplace.
