Date: Thursday, July 11, 2013
Location: Santa Clara

Godfrey Sullivan, Chairman & CEO of Splunk, joined us for this Top Team Regional Alliance meeting.  One of the hottest tech IPOs in 2012, Splunk was founded in 2004 to build a “Google for machine data” - essentially a search engine for all the data that servers, network switches and any device such as smartphones spits out when those devices are in use.  Godfrey has a most impressive career in Silicon Valley beginning with 11 years with Apple working in sales, marketing and operations under Bill Campbell. In 1992, he joined Autodesk and then was CEO of a startup prior to joining Hyperion which was acquired by Oracle in 2007.  Godfrey is also on the board of Citrix and Informatica.
