The Alliance hosts a series of CEO Roundtables exploring how business leaders are using AI to drive business performance. This will be our twenty-third session. 

As 2027 approaches, CEOs face a growing number of choices about where to invest in AI and how aggressively to move. In this State of AI Adoption Roundtable, we’ll examine the latest industry data to help business leaders benchmark their progress and identify priorities for the year ahead. You’ll also engage in candid, small-group discussions with fellow Alliance CEOs, followed by an informal Q&A with our speakers.

Our featured guest speaker Yvonne Newlands, Chief Business Officer of Open Future Forum, has spent 15 years helping organizations adopt new technology and turn it into practical results, across consulting, operations and startups. She has led more than 30 enterprise transformations at Accenture and EY, worked on large-scale technology adoption at Apple, and built and deployed more than 50 AI agents at venture-backed startups, including one that was later acquired. Yvonne now works with executives in non-technical roles, teaching them to build with AI themselves and to judge where AI belongs and where it does not. She is Chief Business Officer at Open Future Forum, a global executive community founded in Silicon Valley that brings senior leaders together through dinners, panels and peer discussions. She was the inaugural AI instructor for 100 Women in Finance’s AI Academy and sits on the 100WF NorCal Education Planning Committee.

Our moderator, Matthew Swanson, is the CEO of StaffAI, a platform that places "AI employees" in sales and marketing roles at field service businesses. Matthew previously founded Google Ventures backed SpeakerText (acquired by CloudFactory 2012) and AugmentCXM (acquired by Sutherland Global 2022), which was one of the first companies to deploy LLM based transformers into enterprise contact centers. Matthew also serves as Managing Partner of Silicon Valley Software Group, which provides fractional CTOs to PE and VC backed companies.
