Clare Computer Installs New CEO

Clare Computer Solutions, a San Ramon technical services and consulting company for small and medium sized businesses, has appointed Brad Mendonsa as CEO and made president Ralph Lawhorn COO. Tony Barone, who co-founded the 28-person company in 1990, is chairman of the board. Mendonsa came to Clare Computer Solutions in 2006 when the company merged with Golden State Networks, of which he was a co-founder. Lawhorn has been with the company for 18-plus years, the last six as president.
Clare Computer Systems’ revenues were up last year about 18 percent to roughly $5 million, said company spokesman Bruce Campbell.
