Jim Harrison Named One of the Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate

Alliance member Jim Harrison was named to the Swanepoel POWER 200 (SP200) which includes the 200 most powerful people in residential real estate for 2014-2015.  This list includes the leaders of the residential real estate industry. They are the drivers! They are the ones making the biggest difference!

What makes the SP200 unique is that they have integrated in one list all the different types of leaders in the real estate industry, even though they succeed and/or serve in different sectors of the industry. Some have entrepreneurial power or financial strength, some hold high office and have positional power, while others have political clout and some have personal power.

Jim Harrison was ranked 143rd and leads one of the largest MLSs in Northern California. In 2014 he changed the structure and ownership of the company and is now focused on being an innovator in MLS on a national level. In his 25+ year career, he formerly served as President and CEO for RE InfoLink as well as on the NAR MLS Policy Committee for nine years.
