OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), a local non-profit dedicated to promoting minority owned businesses, announced the winners of its 2016 Advocacy Awards on December 2, 2016 at The Blackhawk Automotive Museum in Danville. Present to celebrate the ten award winners were over 250 guests from major Fortune 500 corporations, Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), and strategic alliance partners.
Corporate Members and certified MBEs competed for the ten distinguished awards celebrating individual and corporate advocacy, development, and partnership with WRMSDC. A list of 2016 Advocacy Award winners follows:
