Two Alliance Members Among the Top 30 of the Bay Area’s Fastest Growing Private Companies

Congratulations to Alliance members Lars Barfod of Vapore and Chris Burnley of Corefact for their recognition by the San Francisco Business Times as 2015 Fastest-Growing Private Companies and reaching the stage together! Vapore took second place in the Bay Area and first place in the East Bay while Corefact took 28th place in the Bay Area and sixth place in the East Bay.
Lars commented on his win with the following: “Rapid revenue growth - ours were 1,542% - is not necessarily an indicator of building a great business. But for a small company it’s certainly a plus. #1 had raised $44M and #3 $280M. None of them were profitable. We have raised $4M, are profitable and cash flow positive. For those of you who don’t know: I purchased Vapore essentially out of bankruptcy from an Alliance member four years ago. Then I made sure to get advice monthly from my alliance group. And all I can say is THANKS!"
