Weiss Associates, an Emeryville environmental consulting firm, won a $15 million environmental remediation contract with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory to provide hydrogeologic and environmental remediation at the lab site and 300 superfund sites.
This is the fourth LLNL contract win for Weiss Associates since 1984.

Founded in 1980, Weiss specializes in characterizing and remediating soil and ground water, and providing services such as permitting, chemical and emissions inventory, and regulatory strategy services. The firm’s clients include UC Davis, the Ports of Oakland and San Francisco, semiconductor manufacturers and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
