During this Alliance Roundtable, Mike Adams, CEO of Pop Sells, will share how he has onboarded a team of AI employees that have allowed his sales department to double its conversion rates without additional headcount.

Our featured CEO guest, Mike Adams, is the CEO of Pop Sells, a nationwide marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across the marine and RV markets. Since joining the company in 2021, Mike has led its continued growth and evolution, with a focus on investing in people, technology, and new ideas that improve the customer experience and make buying and selling easier. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning technology, business strategy, and digital transformation, including leadership roles in the marine and technology industries. In 2025, Pop Sells was acquired by Trader Interactive, part of CAR Group, expanding its reach within a broader portfolio of online marketplaces.
Our moderator, Matthew Swanson, is the CEO of StaffAI, a platform that places "AI employees" in sales and marketing roles at field service businesses. Matthew previously founded Google Ventures backed SpeakerText (acquired by CloudFactory 2012) and AugmentCXM (acquired by Sutherland Global 2022), which was one of the first companies to deploy LLM based transformers into enterprise contact centers. Matthew also serves as Managing Partner of Silicon Valley Software Group, which provides fractional CTOs to PE and VC backed companies.
