The Alliance of CEOs is hosting a series of CEO Roundtables intended to dive deep into the use of AI by real-world CEOs to drive business performance. This will be our twelfth session.  During this series, we showcase CEOs who are already leveraging their data to increase revenues and profits by applying AI to improve their marketing, sales, customer support, operations and more. You’ll gain fresh ideas you can implement now to drive performance in your organization. And, you’ll have an opportunity to interact in small group discussions with a unique audience of leaders brought together by the Alliance of CEOs.

Recently, AI models like DeepSeek and OpenAI’s O1 have added the ability to “reason,” which has unlocked a new generation of enterprise use cases. In this Roundtable, we will discuss the key benefits of these new models, and show how AI agents are using reasoning to automate more complicated use cases. Topics covered include:

• What are “reasoning” models and how they differ from LLMs
• How AI agents can incorporate reasoning models to improve automation
• AI agent use cases for revenue automation

Our moderator, Matthew Swanson, Managing Partner of Silicon Valley Software Group (Motion Enterprises), is a 3x founder who specializes in bringing AI productivity software to the enterprise. He will be joined by Ram Ganesan, Co-Founder and CEO of Kaboom.ai, a New York-based applied AI company pioneering Account-Based AI to help sales and customer success teams proactively manage accounts using predictive insights. Prior to Kaboom.ai, Ram founded Söoryen Technologies, a digital experience firm recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 lists, which was later acquired by Encora. He also served as Global Head of Digital Experience at Encora. Earlier in his career, Ram held senior IT leadership roles at IBM, CitiBank, AT&T, MetLife, and 1800Flowers, managing large global teams and complex tech initiatives.
