The Q1 2026 Business Barometer shows a clear shift from negative to neutral, signaling reduced downside risk without a return to confidence. At the same time, pressure inside companies is intensifying, with pessimism about individual business performance doubling.

Join us for this 90-minute Alliance Roundtable as Jim Cook, BenchBoard Executive Coaching and Advisory Founder, and Paul Witkay, Alliance Founder & CEO, break down what this shift from growth to discipline means in practice. Drawing directly from the Q1 2026 Business Barometer, they will examine how CEOs are recalibrating priorities in a more stable -- but still constrained -- environment.  The discussion will include:
