Pliant Therapeutics (Nasdaq: PLRX), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel therapies for the treatment of fibrosis, announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,350,000 shares of common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $16.00 per share.
