Regis McKenna founded his own high tech marketing firm, Regis McKenna, Inc., in Silicon Valley in 1970 after working in the marketing departments of two early semiconductor pioneering companies. McKenna is included in the San Jose Mercury News' Millennium 100 as one of the 100 people who made Silicon Valley what it is today. McKenna has written and lectured extensively on the social and market effects of technological change advancing innovations in marketing theories and practices. Geruson has held senior executive and general management positions at Nokia, IBM, Toshiba and McKinsey & Company. Most recently he was CEO of VoiceSignal, a world leader in voice-enabled mobile search and other mobile voice solutions which was acquired by Nuance for over $300 million.  Prior to VoiceSignal, Rich was the Senior Vice President of Nokia Mobile Phones in the Americas, where in 5 years he grew the business 10-fold to 6.5 billion dollars.
